South West Wales celebrates super success at Skills Competition Wales 2025

More than 90 people from our region have been recognised as the best in their field at a skills competition.

The Skills Competition Wales 2025, run by the Inspiring Skills Excellence in Wales project, saw more than 1,000 people from across the country compete to be the best across 20 sectors.

It is funded by the Welsh Government and aims to nurture talent and drive excellence across skill sectors by collaborating with a dedicated network of colleges, work-based learning providers, and employer-led organisations.
